Learn how to make this healthy spread!

Everyone will devour this delicious bean dip recipe! – And they can, because it’s made from Nature’s finest ingredients and only costs a fraction of the price you’d pay in the store.

I remember a favorite snack coming home from school was tortilla chips and black bean dip and 3 bean dip by Emerald Valley Kitchen. My classmate Jesse and I used to devour a whole container in one sitting. We were growing boys making our parents question the feasibility of buying the expensive “organic” dips for vacuum cleaners such as us! This bean dip is almost as good as the one we used to eat, however this is healthier since I omitted sour cream for this recipe. You can choose to make it with black beans or a combination of others that you have available.

Have fun, be well and ENJOY!~
