A word of comfort — I’ve never seen a patient become ill from eating raw eggs that were from healthy, free-range chickens. For extra precaution wash the egg shells with soap and water or spray with hydrogen peroxide or silver water before cracking. You can also add one half teaspoon colloidal silver water to this drink if you are really concerned about bacterial contamination.

Enjoy!

For extra precaution wash the egg shells with soap and water or spray with hydrogen peroxide or silver water before cracking. You can also add one half teaspoon colloidal silver water to this drink if you are really concerned about bacterial contamination. This is especially an excellent recuperative food for people that have weakened digestive systems due to chronic illness.
Ingredients
  • 2 organic free range eggs (wash the shell well before
  • cracking)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or rice, oat, soy, or coconut milk)
  • 1 Tbs flax seed ground (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • cinnamon and/or nutmeg (optional)
  • ½ tsp colloidal silver water (optional)
