Diet of ChampionsTo BE THE BEST the body requires the BEST NUTRITION as FUEL for the body. Our guy of the northwest Russell Wilson enjoys lean protein like chicken and wild fish from local waters. Recently a great article was posted on Tom Brady’s diet: this is about as WHOLISTIC as you can get! VERY IMPRESSIVE! As you can see- it is almost IDENTICAL to what I teach in my book NATURE’S DIET-

Here it is!

* ALL ORGANIC, ALL WHOLE FOODS
* NO PREPARED FOODS, NO PROCESSED FOODS
* NO RESTAURANT FOODS* 80% vegetables and plant based food (greens, grains, roots)
* 20% lean protein (grass fed beef, duck, chicken, wild salmon)
* NO SUGAR, NO FLOUR, NO MSG, NO COFFEE
* gluten free
* dairy free
* ONLY OLIVE OIL raw (not in cooking)
* NO nightshades (tomatoes, peppers, eggplants)
* NO mushrooms
* ONLY Himalayan pink salt
* MINIMAL to NO fruit (only occasionally in smoothie)

 

As we have seen in our clinic- a diet such as this in the form of NATURE’s DIET not only amplifies the body for athletic performance,but we see that STRICT ADHERENCE can PROMOTE WELLNESS and HEAL the BODY.
